What is the difference between a flatbed and lowbed trailer?
A flatbed trailer has a flat surface and is used for steel, blocks, pallets, and most construction materials. A lowbed (low loader) has a very low deck and is used for tall or heavy machinery like excavators, generators, and cranes that cannot go on a standard flatbed.
